Great grab-shot from the car window Don!! You have held detail in the white plumage and the bird stands out nicely against a soft BG. Like to see a little less foliage but as I said, great for a window shot!!
Nice find, setting, details and BG. I might crop a bit off the left.

Composition is good, colors are nice. For my taste I would take off just a wee bit off the bottom.
