    40D. 400f5.6L at f/8. iso 400. 1/1200s( needed to freeze the head motion). evaluative - 1/3 to save the whites.

    Love the eye contact here Kaustubh! Great background too. I might look at a bit more selective sharpening of the head.

    Great eye contact and a nice exposure. I like the water line on the bill. I'd bring the saturation up a bit.

    I love the background and colors in the water here. Good eye contact. I might want to see more profile on the body but nice as-is too.

    Another lovely low angle shot with simple and complimentary bg.

    Colours do seem a bit different from our local birds and perhaps due to local variations or light conditions.

    Very nice job on saving the whites.
