Hi,
It's a nice attempt, but I find a few things that aren't quite right. The birds are a bit small in the frame, and they look a bit soft to me. Perhaps a more horizontal crop with removal of some of the top bg, some extra sharpening of the birds' feathering, and a touch of contrast reduction with extra clarity on the head and neck areas, would improve it a little. I love the way the R. hand bird's bill is laying on the water, and the reflections.
If you don't mind, perhaps something like this?
