    Hello everyone. Here is pic of coot that was more than willing to let me take a couple shots. Hope you enjoy. C&C welcomed and encouraged.
    Camera - Nikon 300s, Lense - Nikon 200-400 w/1.4 tc, Exposure - 1/1000, Aperture - F8, ISO - 320, Metering - Multi segment, Manual

    Wow, this is great. I always have trouble getting dark birds with good exposure. Lots of details, sharp and tricky exposure.

    Excellent exposure. You managed to keep the pearly quality of the bill without blacking out the face. I might crop a little from the bottom to put the bird more in the foreground, and maybe trim a little from the right, but that's about it.
