    By the next frame the Cub was on Dad's head unfortunately it is badly clipped 1/2 a second is too fast for me to go from landscape to portrait. That's the problem with sudden movement, but also the fun side of Wildlife photography.

    Taken 25th December 2010, Kwara Concession, Okavango Delta, Botswana.

    You've nailed it with your own self critique Ken, a shame as a side on image would been very nice.
    Could use some selective sharpening on both here.

    Ken, I wish, like you do, that you got the next frame, and that you had a better POV on this moment. It does work as posted though :)

    maybe desaturate just a tad - the colours seem very rich?

    Great moment, bad luck...But not always about the image but the experience...Colors look fine to me
