I know that centre comp is not always ideal but i feel it works here!

Hi Dumay, I think perhaps if this had been shot portrait then being central would have been more 'ideal' as you say. The expanse of space left & right I feel highlights even more, the central position, however cropping more on one side may provide another alternative? I like the rich yellow/orange of the location which compliments the zebra and it colouration.

BTW, has there been any work done on the FG, as the vegetation to the right is more visible than to the left as you view the image? I think I know the answer Dumay

I love the light on this zebra, Dumay and the grasses are very complementary. Final crop is very subjective and this lends itself to many possibilities. I don't shy away from central subjects as a matter of course, they sometimes make a stronger statement.

Agree on a portrait crop here also, however the overall colour and lighting is first class Dumay.
    She appears to be pregnant?

Repost is much better, but has lost a little IQ as a result of saving a JPEG more than once.
