    Beautiful in every respect. Nice pose and head angle, dramatic dark blue water. I really like this!

    Great angle and details. I find the flash a bit strong as it makes the BG look very dark.

    Personally I don't mind the slightly dark BG, it makes the bird "pop" a little more. In any event the use of flash, to me, was worth it for the catchlight. Also I like how he was caught mid stride. Good shot, quite nice.
