    Default Magnolia Leaf Blur

    Attached Images Attached Images

I created this in-camera blur while on my recent trip to Florida. I added a layer of the Fractalius B&W sketch and used the soft light blend mode. Then I added a touch of Topaz Simplify Buzsim. Slight crop.

Denise, I think Fractalius B&W added a different dimension to this image. I like it a lot

Beautiful colors and 3d look to this, Denise. I like the dark outlines to some of the leaves. Well done.

Denise lovely work, very nice subtle colors...only thing that seems out of place a bit, is the brown pointy thing (looks like a birds bill)....all the other pars of the image are rounded, it just seems out of place....but its just my opinion..TFS

    The faux bird wasn't intentional?

Very nice Denise, love the soft, fluffy colors and the interesting outlines from Fractalius. Does your signature use a "style" that has a large drop shadow set to "lighten" or some such? I see a rectangle of lighter saturation or luminance around your name. Minor point, but just wondering...

No Kerry it doesn't. It is just the way the blur is. I am going to go back to my hand written signature as soon as I get around to it!

Thanks everyone for the kind comments.

This is excellent, Denise. I love those sketched outlines. The colors are beautiful. Nicely processed.
