    Wild Dog pups playing in the dried up bed of the Limpopo River 20th September 2008. The river bed really is quite red, obvious nit "missing" head

    Nice action shown here and I like the DOF. Like the crop chosen, gives them a bit of room but not too much.

    Shame about the missing head, but the look on the middle and first pups are priceless!

    Ken, it really works as a habitat-type image. They all can't be perfectly posed heads; I wouldn't give it a second thought and I don't think you have!

    the missing head is no deal-breaker as the other two really engage the viewer with their antics

    always nice to see wild dogs in fairly open surroundings - nice one Ken!

    last thought - how much of a crop is this? would you consider going in tighter from the RHS and top?

    Width wise this is almost full frame, I have just cropped from the top and bottom, I'll take a look.
