Again at HCT they display Kites ability to catch food on the wing by firing pieces of chicken into the air with a fisherman's catapult. The kites sometimes do a complete backflip in catching the food and it's a very exciting part of the demonstration.
Shot above is of one of the kites keeping his eye on the chicken while flying on his back. sun angle wasn't ideal but I thought I would post it anyway as i like it as an action shot.

Well...you just go from one killer pose to another. Interesting that they are so agile as to fly while on their back.......then again, I've been on a diet for 6 weeks so I bet I'd do about anything for a piece of chicken, too. Well done....as always.
