    Monday evening got my 200-400/VR , Happy to see this in my bag
    D300 , 200-400 at 350mm, ISO 400 , 1/3500 , HH

    I like the OOF fore and background. Would crop a slice of the top and the right. It's a pity the legs are covered with the grass and the little branch sticking up into the body.

    I like the bird, the BKGR, and the SH. And the light. Needs a crop from the rear for me. The big twig by the flank is unfortunate...

    Very nice image, whilst there is plenty of detail in the highlights I think you would portray even more if the highlights were lowered a little bit.
