    This is so nice! Bird looks fantastic - light, exposure control, colours, sharpness, pose and detail are all spot on IMO! BG is lovley too! Perch is not as great as the other components but not too bad...

    Beautiful colors, background, and perch. Looks very sharp. The head angle is fine, but feels as if he is ever so slightly looking away. A degree or two towards the camera seems like it would have been even better. Fabulous bird, and great capture.

    Quite excellent on all counts as noted above. A beautiful bird. I'd be OK with the head on a bit straighter, i.e., turned a bit more toward us.

    Hi, Jim. Really nice shot of a cool species. BG and light look great and, while I agree with Ofer that the perch could have a bit more character, I definitely like the curve -- works really well with the pose.

    Jim, amazing colours captured, and just love the feather detail. I do like the crooked perch.
