Like the SH, the perfect EXP, the raised tail, and the perch. What month?

Very cute! I even like the OOF twigs in the BG. I'm not crazy about the OOF snag on the perch at LRC though, but all else looks great.

    Thanks guys for the comments.

Artie photo was taken last week in Victoria.

I'll have ago at fixing up the two twigs, but I may do more harm that good.

I'm not sure if I like the perch more or the Wren...both compliment each other very well. I like the open beak, tail pointed upwards and the placement in the frame.

    Thanks Duane.

I'm glad you liked it Glenn.

I am sure the wren and little twig are still there for this weeks group.

Dave, a minor point but FWIW the species formerly called Winter Wren (or The Wren across the pond) is proving to be a bit more complicated taxonomically. The first move in clarifying this complex was to split the North American birds into to species. Those in the east are still called Winter Wrens but in Victoria you now have Pacific Wrens.

Dave, the pose and the bokeh are what I liked the most in this image. Very well done.
