The snow geese with their black primaries make striking subjects. Nicely blurred background, still provides good context to the action.

I might be tempted to remove the two birds that are clipped on the edges. Good to have a clean bottom margin.

The whites look a little hot on a few of the birds.

Generally it is preferable to have the birds coming towards you, rather than away, but I think it is still an interesting image.
