Thought I would join in on the fun. Took this one last month during a snow storm here in Oklahoma. It was a wild month with temperatures going from -25 F to 70 F over less than a week! Anyway, I kept this shot because I liked the expression on his face Could have used a bit more DOF for the rear foot, but ya know how that goes...

    Mike:

    Good fit with the theme!

Doesn't look like he is letting a little snow deter him from chomping on some black oil sunflower seeds.

Like the snow on his head, colors look good.

I would be tempted to try a few minor crop options. I would prefer him not to be dead center, even though that usually works well with down the barrel. Will be interesting to see what others feel about the crop.

    Cheers

I tried several crops on this one but ended up placing his eyes at the ROT line, albeit at the center of that third...

I dig this Mike! cool look he gave you, and nicely exposed too.
I would crop a bit tighter from the LHS and top?

Here's another crop similar to Morkel's suggestion...
