Hi We spent a great morning recently photographing this bevy of whooper swans enjoying themselves in the warm waters of a volcanic lake in Northern Hokkaido.This is one of my favourite images amongst the thousands made. Loong-Tat: I am rather partial to swans myself, and enjoyed this image. Like the sense of depth, action. I think the diagonal line of the shoreline is effective. I wish there was a little bit more separation of the head of the lead bird and the birds just behind it. We have some whoopers in Michigan, but I only see one or two at a time. Cheers Randy
