    Jonathan:

    Love the detail in the breast,well exposed.

    The eye doesn't look quite as sharp as the breast and bill, perhaps the point of focus was just slightly anterior to the eye.

    I find that flaps are generally more effective if they show more of the ventral surface of the wings, not so much edge on as shown here.

    From a comp. standpoint, would prefer a bit more below, not quite as much above.
