    Good and sharp with excellent exposure. I might try to brighten up the eye a bit. Not sure if I might take some off the top and right side. I don't think you need all that is there. Perhaps more of a square crop???

    nice image design Troy. Try a Shadow/Highlight correct in PS to open up the shadows and sharpen a bit more.

    I like the image design too. I like the HA for the preening pose. I usually prefer a more pristine plumage but in this case it goes well with the job at hand for the Anhinga. Rather than brightening the eye I would darken the pupil as it is lost within the reflections.
