    Hey KD,

A stylish, wide angle shot of a beautiful drake. Background is colorful and interesting as well....kind of like a flag. Nice.

Fantastic light, water, bg, and details, Kaustubh. Love your signature super low angle.
Visually it seems like it needs a tiny bit of CCW rotation, but I'm not sure.
    Great work!

Kaustubh, You really have been showing some beautiful work. Nice low angles and wonderful water colors seem to always accompany your ducks. Nicely done.

Nice low angle and soft colors really make this. I would have preferred to not have the blue line right at eye level.

Another fine image. You have inspired me this winter with this series. What a good job you did of bringing out the delicate and lovely details of this species.

Kaustubh, really beautiful indeed. Just love the color scheme and the glassy water. The shallow DOF really works. If anything, I would love to see more of those beautiful surroundings. Don't get me wrong; this is great as presented but the non-duck stuff is so sweet that more of it would be good for me too. Don't know what the crop is like relative to the full-frame but it could be interesting.

    Cheers,

Did you have a snorkel on when you took this? Love the low angle, lighting, sharpness, and crop.

    Thx everyone.

Bryan, I have a good spot for water-level shots under a small pedestrian bridge that is dry right now :-) Most of my recent posts have been from the same spot.
