Caracara race

From South TX last spring I had some caracaras competing over some carrion just before the sun went down. Yes the light was this warm.

This is superb, Dale. Multi-bird shots are so much harder. Nice to have all three sharp. Great light and angle of all the birds. Terrific work.

The threesome really pops in the light and makes for a stiking flight capture. I like the different wing position of the first one.

Tricky enough to get one bird in flight - three, with all of them sharp, is excellent. I like the BG, has an abstract painting feel to it. The only thing that would have improved this shot is more space between the second and third birds.

Fantastic work! Three of them in great light, with great flight poses - what more can you ask for? The leading one also seems to be carrying some cargo. Would love to see this bigger.
