    Hi Ian- Nice little Green-wing. I like the head-up posture. Water looks good (there are a few dust spots below the bird). If the IQ allowed I would crop in on the bird by losing lots from the bottom and left. The water below the reflection does not add much extra. The reflection is pretty strong so I would leave that in.

    I like the details, low angle and the reflection a lot. As to cropping, I would put the bird a little to the lower left if it were mine.
