Milan:

That is something we don't see everyday, a Great Egret on ice. I have seen a few GBHs on ice, but not GEs.

I like the blues in the ice, raised foot, framing.

To my eye the bird could stand a bit more sharpening for web presentation, but he is small enough in the frame that it is hard to be certain.

Nice pose and I like the deep blue ice. Agree, I've never seen a Great Egret on ice. Maybe some more sharpening.
