    Hmm...have to say the first thing I noticed is the color cast...looks pinkish/purplish over-all on my monitorl. I also think you could have left a bit more room at the bottom. Looking at the water, it may be tilted, too. Other than that, exposure and sharpness look good. Composition looks right (other than stated ).

    I like this image very much. The colors look good on my monitor. That added detail of the water droplet is great.

    I would agree with Desmond - Looks like it has a colour cast on my screen also.
    I would also consider cropping a little from the top if it were mine - think it would make it a stronger image.
    Lots to like here though.

    The bird looks sharp with good details and the droplet on the beak really add to the image. Nice pose and HA given by the bird too. I agree about color cast and a bit less room at the top and more on the bottom.

    Thanks for the comments and critique ... I used Artie's trick to re-balance the color ... is this better?
