    from the SD IPT, coots mostly, rushing across a sunbeam - I love the way the water looks like threads of glass.

    canon 7d, 70-200 f/2.8 at 70mm, 1/15 sec at f/13, -1/3, ISO 160,

    intensified colors in LAB mode in CS5, and some usm

    Pat, First of all I would bottle that blue. It is fantastic. Nice flow to the blur and I like the abstract look to it. Thanks for including your camera settings. Well done.

    oh Judy and Denise, I'm so glad that you like it - hadn't tried blurs before but fell in love with them when I looked at the images after Artie talked to us about how to do them in San Diego. I haven't figured out how this one turned out structured like this, but thought it looked like beautiful modern glass art.

    Super image, Pat. I'm amazed at the amount of "crispness" in the blur! Great food for the imagination.

    This came out great Pat! Real nice abstract blur composition, and love the way the light hits splashes of water. You're right, it does look like threads of glass.
