    Default Pine needle blur

    Taken last fall. The background is from a reflection off a Japanese maple leaf. Normal processing including curves and a bit of glow added for effect.

    Very nice abstract Jay. I like the colors of the refection. I might lighten the LRC just a bit, if it were mine. TFS.

    Jay, I love the added glow. The green adds a nice compliment to the vibrant red. Indranil makes a good suggestion. Nice diagonal lines.

    Hi Jay, colors are wonderful, love the blur. Agree with Indranil on lightening the LRC too.

    Jay, I really like the colors and the amount of blur. I think I'd take a tiny sliver off the bottom. IMHO the amount of green at the bottom makes it look bottom heavy (for lack of better word). I think the crop would give a more equal amount of dark vignetting and would eliminate the need to lighten the top.

    Hi Jay, I like the colors and orientation in the frame. I agree with Cheryl's notion of cropping some from the bottom.
