Very unusual pose, sharp, well exposed.
I might loosen the crop a bit all the way around, but this is really a different view for a spoonie.
Was there a fight going on?

Agree with Randy on the crop. Needs more room around. The blue of the sky looks a little too blue to me. Maybe a bit desaturation will help.

Very strange pose, well-captured. As Clemens mentioned, the sky color seems off - not sure its a saturation issue, the sky is trending too much to the green end on my monitor. Also, I think the sky could use some NR.

That's a contorted bird for sure. I agree with the sky comment, but I am also seeing some artifacts along the bottom of the frame, especially just below the first primary feather. Did you clone out the top of a tree or something? Easily taken care of with a blur filter I believe.
I like this pose you've captured. It certainly is unique. What was the bird doing at the time you photographed it? I've seen Terns do a similar thing to throw off excess water after having a bath.
