These guys are just too photogenic not to photograph, this one was obviously taking note of what was going on. Taken in Bandhavgarh, so perhaps he was one of Harshads scouts

This is beautiful. I really like the tonal range here which along with the detail maintained is very pleasing. The hands and feet are very interesting, possibly more so than the face, as seldomly do I notice the difference in hand and feet nails, I must go and look more closely at my monkey images to see if I have anything showing such detail. This sits alongside your squirrel for detail, tone and attractiveness as far as I'm concerned.

I'll be happy when I can get a similar IQ from my stuff!

Beautiful image! Would get rid of the bright area behind the head which is a bit distracting IMHO.

My Granny always used to say that an itchy palm meant you could expect some money, I wonder if that is the case here

Agree with Ofer regarding the "bright area"

Great detail in the monkey and I like the complimentary background.

Lovely image Steve, the hands/feet make the shot, as do the textures and colours. I hear what some are saying about darkening bright patch, and that would make it even better, but it is not so birght to be a bother.
    Well done

Overall nice looking image Steve, but I just get this feeling I would prefer to have the little guy looking at us.

Steve, This is so adorable that it is hard to not love it! I like the capture in the tree and the alert look in it's expression.

Excellent shot Steve. Looks like he's keeping notes on the neighbors. For my eye, the lighter spot in the BG provides a nice, subtle "V" with the tree trunk and provides a centered resting place for the monkey.
