    Default Old Leaves

Converted to B&W and did some dodging and burning to make the main leaf stand out more. I then applied three of my textures, one of which I masked off the main leaf to create sort of a vignette. Comments and suggestions would be most appreciated.

Once again, an "old" great photo. I would, however, think about the UPC dark area. I found it just a bit distracting. Maybe crop a bit off the top to minimize it?

Christopher, I really like the way this one looks. The soft color tone and the aging are great. Hazel's crop suggestion sounds like another option.

I love the color and textures. If it was mine, I'd just clone over the dark spot in URC or lighten it and not crop it, I like the crop.

Either way is good for me. Just a bit bothered by the corner, but you always know how best to fix things, Christopher.

Thanks very much, Hazel, Denise, and Judy. I appreciate your comments and suggestions. I decided to go with lightening the URC rather than cropping because I didn't want to change the crop. I also lightened the LRC a bit too.

Super job on the repost, Christopher! I like the processing and the resulting emphasis on the main leaf. Well done.

Super nice, Christopher! I really like the way you were able to separate the one leaf from the others. The textures are great!

Hi Christopher, one of my favorite themes! I love autumn leaves. Nice colors and textures and I'm glad you didn't change the comp, it works really well for me. I can see this being the cover of a book. I think it would also make a killer texture base.
