    Another experiment with pixel bender. This one stood watch at the top of a pine tree at the far edge of the pond.

    Richard, I really like what the filter did to the BG. I like the pose and the vegetation. Nicely done.

    Nice use of the filter Richard, the bg does look very cool. I like the bird and plants and might suggest a little bit more color on them. Composition is very nice too!

    Really like the openess and simplicity of this compositon Richard, and PB treatement gives it a nice feel. Kerry makes a good suggestion about adding just a bit more color.

    Excellent filter treatment, Richard. That BG is gorgeous. I agree with Brendan that the simplicity of the comp is very appealing. Well done.

    Hi Richard, this is lovely. very nicely done. I agree with Kerry on a touch more color. I think a little added to the plants and the heron's bill would work nicely.
