Love the rich bill color/ eye ring. Sharp, well exposed, good composition.

Might go just a touch brighter, but a matter of taste.

Catch light really adds a spark.

Sharp, and I too love the rich colours. Nice uniform BG. I'd crop in a bit more from the left, and wish for a better HA. You could also eliminate a few of the tiny bright specs on the face's plumage.

I see a bit of reds in the white plumage that I would desaturate Gary but other then that this is a beautiful portrait.
