Taken in the Khwai concession last year.

    1d MArk IV
    70-200 + 1.4 @ 280mm
    1/320 @ 7.1

Should have upped the ISO, as I missed a couple of action shots due to motion blur. Though had been photographing in better light before they moved to the shade.

(Configuring my camera with minimum shutter speeds will help when I return this year )

Love the interaction/playful nature and low perspective here Russell, I took out the magenta cast in Nik Color Efix Pro/white neutralizer. Hope you don't mind, let me know what you think?

Thanks, Marc - sometimes I feel blind to magenta!

Better without the magenta cast, but really needed a far higher shutter speed.

Hi Russell, I really like your low POV here, and the composition. Very intimate feeling to the shot, I can instantly see how much fun these pups are having. I can see the magenta on the OP, and Marc's repost improves, but the repost seems a little orange..

Nice capture of the action. Other comments noted and I agree with.

I like the activity captured but agree with other comments that techs weren't up to the action on this occasion. What ISO were you on? I feel for you, I think most of us have been caught in similar situations.

Good moment captured Russell. Not much to add to the above comments.

very nice moment here Russel...I like the low angle and the story...sharp enough where it matters, seems to me?

magenta sorted out...some are blind to it, and some are blinded by it hehe (I tend to notice it easily, but I miss other colour casts like red easily)
