    Default Goldeneye

I liked the pose of this nice bird. On other forums I got the comment that there was not enough detail and sharpness, while on my screen itīs look just sharp. What do you think?

    Thijs:

It is a nice pose, with good wing and head display. Exposure looks good.

The bird is fairly small in the frame, but it looks sharp enough to me.

If the IQ will allow, I would consider a slightly tighter crop, mainly to show off the bird more.

    Cheers

Wing detail looks sharp on my screen, and you caught his golden eye nicely, with a good wing flap pose. I'm still waiting to get one of these fellows. Agree with Randy on the crop, if it will hold up.

    Hey Thijs,
Hmmm....for me the head doesn't look quite sharp although the wings are reasonable there.....so not sure why as the plane looks close.

For us to really know what's going on with your sharpness, I suggest posting a tighter crop at 1024 pixels wide. The bird is too small in the frame to pass judgement.

    Thanks for the comments

Shall I post a 100 % crop? Non edited, just out of camera?
