Default Help with Bridge Slideshow Zoom

    Hi All
I am using CS5 on a Windows Vista laptop. When I am in Bridge, and reviewing images, I often make use of the full-screen slide show, which is activated by pressing the space bar. When in this mode, if I want to check the sharpness of an image, I usually just left-click and the program creates a 100 % preview (it briefly shows the words 100% at the top of the image as it resolves).
Within the last two days my program has now started to create 200% previews...which are not of much use to me. Has anyone had this happen and does anyone know how to switch it back to 100%.
Any help would be much appreciated
    thanks

Been there done that. I am using a Mac and it happens to me occasionally when I swipe the trackpad and it interprets the gesture as a zoom. Simply do the pinch gesture and you'll be back to 100% view.

No idea if you're on Windows though. JR

    Hi JR,
thanks for the reply. At least it isnt just me. Unfortunately my 'Zoom' is triggered by left-clicking the mouse, or tapping the touchpad, and I have tried left clicking on the keyboard, tapping the touchpad, and left clicking the mouse, all results in a '200 Percent' zoom.
    Thanks again
    cheers

Well, I suspect that whatever mouse/keybord click you use to zoom out will work in this case also. JR

Hi JR, to zoom back to full screen view I just left click again, so that takes me back to full screen, no problem, but it happens in one step, it doesnt come back from 200% to 100%
    thanks for trying...
    cheers

When a Error condition such as this presents itself it best to do a reset of the workspace.

To the left of the search dialogue box, there is an arrow for the drop down box. click on it and select "Reset Workspace"

    Hi Grant
When you click the left mouse button and it zooms to 200 %, you can use your mouse wheel to zoom back to 100 %, and it will stay at 100 % until you use your mouse wheel again. Yuo can use the wheel to change your zoom factor.

I think Peter's suggestion will work. I don't think the reset will help.

Hi Peter, thanks so much for that, it works. Actually whilst viewing in Slideshow mode, if i roll the mouse wheel once it zooms to 100percent, which is all i need. If I left click, it still jumps directly to 200 percent, but I will just use the mouse wheel instead of left clicking.
Thanks so much for your help, and Chris as well, for trying, as the reset workspace didn't help.
    Cheers
