    Default Springbok Awakening #2

As requested in the previous thread, here is one with the large tree less central...although the mood here is quite different, no running bucks and no dust, just tranquil serenity.

Would love your thoughts - which of the 2 you like most and why?

Hi Morkel, i prefer the last post. I prefer the comp of the BG here, but the springbok are a bit randomly positioned, and too many are turned away. If you had this comp with a group of them all looking the same way....
In the OP the backlit dust and the running springbok made that the stronger image of the two for me..cheers

I prefer the original post Morkel.

The action and peaceful setting of the light make for a quite unique combination.

I like them both for different reasons. The action of the previous post and the serenity of this one. As one to hang on a living room wall this would be my choice, for my den... might lean the other way. Love the light in these. Well done.

I don't know which I prefer. I like this one without the heavy central weighting of the tree but the action of the previous one is more appealing. Sometimes you just have to go with what you felt at the time and what you were trying to capture in the scene. Good luck choosing.

Haven't seen the other one yet Morket, but I agree with Grant on this one.

    Morkel,

To be perectly honest I did not think a lot of the first post , this on the other hand is much better.

My reasoning being the action at the front of OP just does not work for me, the absence of "drama" in this scene is, as Toddy has allready said "serene".

Whatever the light in both is great
