    Default Smoky Mountain Stream Abstract

This image of the stream near the Cades Cove Mill, in Smoky Mts NP, was taken this past fall. You might notice a slight abstract modification of the original image!

Modification in CS4 included; Blur\Radial, Stylized\Extrude, Distort\Shear and other normal PS4 image adjustments.

    Enjoy!

This is the image before modifications were done, FYI.

    Enjoy!

Mark, this "slight abstract modification" really works for me! I love it. Definitely one of my favorites of yours. The s-curve composition, extrusions and contours, and the colors all make for a very nice image. Good show!

Hope your relocation is back on track.

Nice use of the Shear filter Mark, I too like the "s" that it created. Nice colors and wow, what a transformation.

    Mark,

I like the wave like-motion created by the effects. Beautiful abstract.

I keep coming back and looking at this. I really like the way you followed the lines of the water and stones in the original image when creating your abstract. Very nice.

Mark, I'm late to the show but I really like this! The colors and flow are really nice - it looks like it could be a waterfall.
