Hi Bill, great job on this. Tried a couple of these this morning and they are little rockets. Sharp, great wing down position, nice water droplets underneath. TFS

Bill, awesome low angle on this one. Great down wing position and good HA.

These bullets can be hard to photograph in flight...good job locking up on it. I like the pose, and low angle with a great view of the top of the water. I also like the green sheen on the face showing nicely. Image quality seems a bit low in areas...how much of a crop?

Thanks Daniel. This was a large crop; image as presented is about 38% of full width - much more than I ever like to crop. IQ did suffer as a result. I sat for two hours in the cold snow hoping for them to come closer and this is the best I could get.

Thanks Bill. I had a hunch it was a large crop. Still a cool image though. Again, good job laying low for this.

Bill, Nice job getting the green on the head to stand out. Nice flight shot of these speed demons. I would tone down the neck a little if it were mine. Nice capture!

Always a challenge getting close to these guys. And not easy to photograph in flight. We'll forgive you the heavy crop this time!

    Bill,

Beautiful streamlined pose and perfect wing position. Well worth the large crop.
