    Somehow the bird is melting into the BG, did you work on the BG and smear that onto the perch and bird? The colors are all nicely complimentary.

    Hi Arsdel, not sure what this is. There seems to be a little blur in the image. I find it hard to get birds this small sharp at that shutter speed, they are always twitching. I might have increased the exp comp a little and maybe increased the iso to gain the shutter speed. If that was a 50D yo can go to iso 800 without much noise. TFS, looking forward to seeing more.

    Looks to be an Eastern Phoebe. Good comp. Sharpness looks good to me, except the subject and perch edges which have some BG blur bleeding onto them. Wish the HA was better, and the image could use some contrast boosting IMO.
