    Terrific detail, Joel. Nicely exposed, and with perfect HA. I might have been tempted to take just a tad off left and bottom, only because it seems to me there is too much bird for a head shot, begging to see either the whole bird or less of her. But that's just my personal view. I like the eye positioned at the ROT.

    Nice alert pose and great light. I agree with Bill about wanting to see either the full bird or a tighter crop. The bird's eye is placed too far to the right in the frame IMO. And the fine feather detail seems a little coarse in places.
