    Great bird in breeding plumage; you did well with the harsh light. Sharp on the eye. You might try creating a Quick Mask of the greenery and then applying a 20 pixel or so Gaussian blur.

    The GE looks gorgeous with the neon green lores and is Very sharp.

    Agree with Artie about the good exposure job and also about the BG blur.

    Adam, it was greaet meeting you today, what a treat!

    You did great considering the harsh light, only wish for the full wing to be extended. But hey, you got hardly any shadows, which is a lot to say at that time of day!
