Me thinks Mr. Shadle is going to be a little jealous of this one, William! Wow, what a great pose! I really like everything about this except I wouldn't mind a touch more saturation or contrast on the pink legs and bill. You sure can expose those whites!

Wow! I really like the pose on this one. First time I saw something like it.

I'll second Julie's comments on the pose, the great exposure, and maybe punching up the pinks.

Fabulous pose and comp. The subdued colors give it sort of a dreamy look, which I like. But I might try giving everything but the blacks a little more punch just to compare. The high ISO gives it a little graininess on my screen. Terrific capture.

Wow, congrats, Bill. Beautiful. And as stated, you know how to expose the whites. Was there any exposure adjustment or was the compensation at 0? I didn't see that in your techs. Thanks for sharing.

Appeciate the comments. Bill; what size screen are you looking at the image on? If it is a large monitor, and the image is physically larger than 636x800 (has been enlarged by the monitor), that could be why you see grainess. It could just be my monitor, but I don't see it. Now if I enlarge the image I see it for sure. In any case, it is always a compromise between wanting to reduce noise and retaining detail.
Tom; one reason I use manual exposure is because I don't have to mess with EC.
The suggestions of increasing saturation of the pinks sounds like a good idea. regards~Bill

Thanks for the reply Bill. You have clearly got it figured out. I am still learning.
