You lucky b*****d Ken.
And all stretched out in good light, the head looks a little soft, I'm very jealous.........having only ever seen spoor
Were you actually on foot or did you jump out to get a closer perspective?
Well done SIR

Ken
What can I say but excellent stuff. Fantastic sighting, so rare to see this during the day TFS![]()
Thanks to everbody, I admit that head lacks sufficient detail, but I can offer difficult conditions as an excuse and the fact that they move pretty fast., plus the "pesky" grass
Marc,
I jumped off the vehicle before we stopped, my unkind companions (wife and our pet Australian lady) said they had never seen me move so fast beore, probably true![]()
better pangolin shot than most people have in their files Ken! now how about next time you lie on your stomach and get that winning perspective?![]()
I hear you!![]()
That is a cool looking critter Ken. I can only image how hard it was to get this if he was on the move.
Did you zoom in for a close-up of the pattern outer shell?
Robert,
Thanks it is very frustating sighting such a rarity in reasonable coditions and not really being able to do it justice.
I have some closer shots of him rolled up I'll take a look![]()
