Very nice colors on the teal and I love that red eye and the catch light -- good job

I agree James, beautiful looking duck.

For my tastes, I am not fond of the shadow on the face and the duck is one wing flap past you. I would have preferred four or five wing-flaps in front of you, but knowing how fast ducks fly it is hard getting even a a sharp image which this is. You did well getting him.

Whats there not to like about this - you have certainly captured a variety of colours on the teal, and with a good flying posture too.

Nice detail in the feathers - this guy/girl is going somewhere with purpose.

The whole gray, green and white colouring on the wing is lovley.

    James,
Congrats on another fantastic Cinnamon Teal photo! I never realized just how many different colors are on one of these birds! Nice exposure, eye and pose. I wish it was mine.

I have gotten nervous but in general I have learned to stay focused at getting the shot.
