    great light, pose and exposure here Stuart
    wish for more space on top (wingtip very tight there) and maybe sharpen the bird a bit more?

    Agree with Morkel, a bit of space above would improve the composition. The shadow on the far wing is strong. Otherwise good detail.

    Nice light and I really like the wings. Agree about a little more room around the subject.

    You had good light to work with but the attitude of the bird is not optimal; my mind has to color in the black space on the left wing; certainly my eye isn't seeing anything but black. Adding a strip of canvas up top would quickly and easily improve the image.
