    The Winter is coming to an end and the new season in making our residents wear their best coat prepareing to make a new family. This is an Indian Roller. The morning sunrise added well to bringout the colors.

    Spec: 1/1600, F 10, ISO 800

    Super timing Kiran! Sweet light and great eye contact. I'm wondering about a slight boost in contrast and some selective sharpening of the head. I might have traded a little DOF for some more shutter speed.

    Kiran, agree with Doug's excellent critique. This is such an outstanding image. Is that a hawkmoth? It being perfectly suspended makes this so special...of course everything else is killer stuff...BG, colors, angle, IQ...well done as always.

    Thanks Doug and KD Bhai,

    about the SS, F 10 was a setback. I had no choice it happened too fast. I was making portraits of him with that setting when he just took off caught the moth and came back to eat it. I did not want to miss the moment and took a chance.

    heres a post with some adjustments. Hope its ok.

    This is a nice image and the repost looks better to me. The colors of this bird are exceptional and coupled with the background and action nature of the shot overall a very good image.
