    This photo does not have much going for it tech wise but I do like the action. Take at Bolsa Chica, Southern Calif. He did manage to gulp it down.....

    wow. took me a second to figure out what was going on with all the raucous. I can't tell from this web size image but I am unsure if the bird who is going for the fish is in focus, or if the camera is focusing on the water splashes. Nonetheless, the picture tells a story. Sometimes focus isn't everything.

    Yup, the techs aren't great but the action is really something. Have you tried a s/h adjustment to see if you can bring it together any better? I do like the image - the position of the fish is too good to miss!

    Hi Bill - just one of those situations were you had to push the shutter button!!
    Dont know that there is much you can do to improve it - but I would have taken the shot also.
