    This was a territorial fight. Nine lions in the one pride and the second pride totaled ten lions. All 19 lions ran past our vehicle This image was taken at Singita Sabi sands Reserve. Nikon D3 200-400. 1/1000s-6.3 ISO500.

    I love this image! The angled pose, the feet off the ground, the composition--it all works for me. Awesome capture in all the mayhem--she looks mighty angry. Big congrats!

    As regards the inclusion of a road, it is not that noticable or "distracting" in this image (No Tyre marks etc.)

    Hi Vivaldo, love the expression and action of this one.

    Personally I think if you had perhaps gone to ISO800 or more even, as it might have given you that tad more and an edge in getting a bit more sharpness & clarity within the face, especially seeing the results recently of higher ISO images posted here and you do have the D3 too.

    Hope to see more, as you have some very nice stuff coming through at the moment.
