My first submission. This was taken in the Kruger National Park in the early morning. What I found interesting is that she was apart from the rest of her pride and was staring intently at something in the bush behind my car - totally unperturbed.

Minimal cropping; removed grass stalks from face area; reduced shadow on right hand side of face; reduced light reflection on leaves of bush in the background.
Composition is very good. LIke the subject placement. Exposure looks alright too.
From the brush in the background look like you had to deal with some harsh light conditions. If you can post your original image we can see what can be done to make it better.
