love the colour palette in this Joe
wish for more DOF, but at least the head and eye are sharp

maybe try and reduce the contrast on the lower part of the image, specifically in the twigs? it steals some attention from the bird

nice HA, the over_sharpened head in contrast with the OOF body really hurt this image.
