Marc's image reminded me of the great times we had with those six cubs in the Mara last year. Here's one with all seven posing.

    Stephen,

What a privelige to witness this. Everything in the relative clear and the traditional one not looking the right way, pure magic.

I thinkthis could do with a slight boost in whatever you use, I tried linear contrast and it seemed to me at least to give it a nice lift.

I also tried cropping the sky out but think that you would need a little more at the bottom

These sightings must have been an amazing point of any photographers career! Agree with a slight boost. Best of luck to mom and the kittens/cubs. Well done.

Lovely stuff Stephen, and to think they are ALL still going strong.
A testament to a very special mum!

what a gorgeous scene Stephen - a privilege to see a mum with so many cubs...even seeing one in the Kgalagadi with 4 cubs was special to me.

Nicely composed, agree with Ken it could use a slight "pop"?

Nicely composed, however it does look slightly flat on my monitor. This must be one of the most photographed cheetahs in recent times, even if only because everyone can register immediately who she is. TFS.

Thanks for the comments all. I'll see if I can get some more pop out of this.

Looks to have some good zing (is that a technical term?) now. Very, very nice.

    Stephen,

I hope you do not mind but I have gone back to what I originally thought of (sliced your name of umfortunately, shame as your namesake is one off my favourite recording artists).

I used my favourite plugin to enhance contrasy and intensity.

Please let me know what you think, although I cannot get the image here to anything nice as how it looks in PS.
