    Default Eye Level- Snowy Owl

Not real recent but seems to fit the bill. I realize it's a unconventional crop for some but I wanted to put the emphasis on the eyes and shadow below. No loss of detail in the whites, tiff file.

I like the feet, they remind me of something like pontoon floats. Good eye contact.

A really beautiful owl, I hope you will not be ofended, but this reminds me of some of the incredible Snowy Owl images that Andy Rouse took a few years ago.

Absolutely spectacular, right down to the fine feathers covering the bill, and those toasty slippers. Congratulations..

Great incoming pose and intense eye contact, flight shots with clipped wings are usually a toss but this one works well, wish for some texture in the whites.

loved the way in which the colorful eyes pop out in the otherwise monochromatic image
